Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Practice & Procedure offers a comprehensive study of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) and its jurisdiction over patent cases from the perspective of an appellate practitioner. The course covers litigation strategies and the process of guiding a client through an appeal.

Donald Dunner served as Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for the first 10 years of the Court’s existence, and he was instrumental in drafting its rules. Over the years, Dunner has had a very active patent practice before the court. The New York Times reported that he has argued more Federal Circuit cases than any other litigator in the United States. There is no one more qualified to teach CAFC patent practice and procedure.
