Registration Policies:
Cancellation Policy:
A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations received by June 19, 2023. Requests must be received in writing and sent to [email protected]. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after June 20, 2023.
***Virtual Livestream Registration: NAPP will make every attempt to apply for CLE credit with your State Bar Association; however it is not guaranteed. State certification requirements may have virtual attendance requirements that NAPP is unable to meet.
NAPP CLE Financial Hardship Policy:
Financial hardship registration discounts are only available for in person courses. Applications must be submitted at least 14 days (July 5, 2023) before the course. Download Application (pdf) for CLE Financial Hardship Discount.
Covid-19 Safety Policy, Liability Waiver and Release of Claims:
While participating in the National Association of Patent Practitioners (“NAPP”) sponsored events “social distancing” must be practiced and we strongly suggest that unvaccinated attendees wear face coverings at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. NAPP attendees will be required to agree to a liability waiver and release of claims to participate in the Annual Meeting and Conference.
